HOW DO I USE THE BANDIT NZ RESISTANCE BANDS?
BANDIT NZ elastic bands are used to target your lower body muscles to help you activate, strengthen and define your glutes, hamstrings, quads, hips and calves (that's why they are often called hip resistance bands, or booty bands). You can easily incorporate our bands in your workout routines through a variety of exercises such as squats, lunges, hip thrusts, lateral walks, hip abductions and extensions, kicks, deadlifts etc. The world is your oyster! In short - we use good quality materials to ensure strength and durability of our bands. Our bands don't roll, slide or slip up and down your legs during the workouts, unlike the latex bands. They are not going to pinch your skin and pull on your hair (ouch! we all know what an unpleasant feeling that is!). Latex threads sewn into the inner layer of the bands provide anti-slip effect to stop the bands from sliding down during your workout routines. HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY BANDIT NZ RESISTANCE BANDS?
We would recommend you hand wash the bands with soap and leave them to air-dry. For the sake of the experiment we chucked one in the washing machine and it came out just fine, but to ensure a longer lifespan of your bands stick with hand washing.
HOW LONG WILL THE BANDIT NZ RESISTANCE BANDS LAST?
We use durable, high quality materials to produce our bands so they are designed to last you a very long time. The only component of the bands which is not durable is the heat transfer logo across the bands, it's bound to split and fade over time as you workout,but be assured the rubber logo is there to stay for good (we tested and tried to rip the logo off and it didn't give in!). We are planning to stick to only having a rubber logo in our next batch of bands.
